New Perspective Education is a professional service institution focusing on internationally educational and cultural exchange, research and consulting, and our business include European and U.S. prestige-school entrance consulting, international education exchange, educational management consulting, international education consulting. NPE owns American Service Center for Overseas Study (New York) and Canada Study Abroad Services Center (Vancouver), and involves in Sil Foundation for Higher Education (Chicago) and Zhongguancun Software Institution).

Senior Executives Introduction

1.       Chengye Fu ( chairman of Education and president of NPE)

Early, Mr. Fu has worked in local Party committee and government department. Then he resolutely left politics for business, and successively served in Hainan International Financial Co., LTD (a jointly established financial institution by Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of East Asia and Kumagai Gumi), Hainan Zhenhua Technology Co., LTD and Wuhan Yuantai Aluminum Co., LTD. Also, he has worked with some enterprises from Hainan, Wuhan and Xinjiang, and took part in planning the assets reorganization of Xinjiang Joinworld Co., LTD (Listed Company, ticker symbol: 600888).

Later he left business for education, and successively served as the directors of U.S.A program and Business Department at China Centre for International Education Exchange, the director of Administration and Training Department at Administration and Training Center for Collegiate Science and Technology (held by Ministry of Education Science and Technology Development Center), and he mainly was in charge of cadre training for national college science and technology industry. In addition, Mr. Fu has worked at Center for Elementary Teachers Training, Graduate School of Education Peking University on the side, and he was in charge of the planning and training of consulting programs for collegiate administration.

Mr. Fu is one of the main founders, and he actively carries out international education exchange, international school entrance consulting, international education consulting educational management consulting. And he is invited to be the school representative for Purdue University Calumet. Currently, he involves in Sil Foundation for Higher Education and Zhongguancun Software Institution, and also acts as the executive president of Zhongguancun Software Institution.

2. Charles Pei (senior partner and vice president of NPE)

Mr. Pei, Canadian-Chinese, received his bachelor degree of English Language and Literature from East China Normal University, M.A. in TESOL from Monash University Australia, and Ph.D. in Educational Administration from McGill University Canada.

Mr. Pei has successively served as the director of English Language Teaching Department at Shanghai East China Normal University, director of Sino-British international programs at The Pilot College of Beijing University of Technology, vice president at National Institute of Technology, director of Academic Quality and Examination Board at Australia Education Development Group, president of International High School Department at Beijing 21^st Century Experimental School, vice president at Beijing Royal School. He gathers a wealthy experience of international education cooperation and teaching administration, and firstly introduces American AP courses to China. Mr. Pei is very familiar with British, American, Australian and Canadian curriculum systems and international school entrance consulting. He has a very rich of international education resources, and helps thousands of students enter to British, American and Australian prestige universities.  

3. Bruce Jiang (senior consultant and independent president of NPE)

Mr. Jiang, Canadian-Chinese, is an expert of international education and international business, and he successfully introduces Duke University to Kunshan, Jiangsu Province.

Mr. Jiang, Currently, is the director of Canada China Centre for Enterprise and Development Inc., professor of Cape Brente University in Toronto Campus, deputy leader of Duke University in Kunshan preparatory group.

Mr. Jiang has successively served as the vice president of China Marketing at Canada Superior Electrics Limited, chief representative of North America at China Green Promotion Centre for Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China, president of Canada Vix International Inc. China, vice president of New Era VC, CEO of China Centre for Promotion of Enterprises Development, vice president of Canada York Administration School, vice president of Chinese Professionals Association of Canada, chairman of International Exchange Committee. In addition, he currently takes charge of the overseas advanced talents consultant and senior economic consultant granted by Hebei Shijiazhuang government, Canadian senior talents consultant at Department of Personnel of Jiangsu Province, vice president of Association of Jiangsu Overseas Chinese Professionals, director of Tianjin Overseas Personnel Workstations, director of Shanghai Overseas Friendship Association, vice president of China Shanghai University Service Center for Science-Tech and director of International Cooperation Committee on the side, and director of Jilin Overseas Friendship Association.
